Warm, sunny weather greeted those who attended the annual BOPSS Mixed Touch Champs event which took place yesterday in Whakatane, with 11 teams from 11 Bay of Plenty Schools taking part.

The annual BOPSS Swimming Champs was held yesterday at Baywave in Tauranga with roughly 180 swimmers taking to the pool to compete in various events.
There was some amazing swimming talent on display and all those who took part deserve to be congradulated for their amazing efforts. Congratulations to all those who also placed in the top 3 for their chosen events, with the top 2 swimmers earning their school trophy points.

About 200 students represented more than 25 schools when they took part in the Eastern Bay of Plenty Primary Schools Swimming Champs on March 25.
