Rotorua Bike Festival returns in February
The Rotorua Bike Festival returns February 17 to 20 with an exciting lineup of community rides and bike related fun for all.
Festival Director Alia Branson says, "With the festival having been postponed from its planed October 2021 dates, we have focused on developing core activities that can go ahead at any level in the current Covid Protection Framework.”
This year's festival will include something for the skilled riders, lots of community rides, self-directed challenges and entertainment and initiatives to help people enter the world of cycling such as a recycled bike collection & distribution.
“While we are unable to deliver all the previously planned events, the lineup will include some of the classics based all around the city,” says Branson.
The Rotorua Bikes Festival is an annual on the Rotorua Events Calendar with a focus to celebrate cycling & connect with the broader community.
