Get ready to unleash your true colours and be part of the Aotearoa New Zealand’s most extraordinary celebration of diversity and athleticism! The Rainbow Games 2024 thrives on the values of Turangawaewae (place and belonging), Manamotuhake (self-determination), Hauroa (enhancing wellness), and Manaakitanga (supported approach), welcoming rainbow people and allies from near and far. We are thrilled to announce that registrations for the highly anticipated Rainbow Games 2024 are now open.
In a kaleidoscope of sports and activities, the Rainbow Games 2024 promises a dazzling extravaganza that will leave participants exhilarated and inspired. With social and competitive divisions available across Open and female-identifying disciplines, there truly is something for everyone. The rainbow shines its light on all participants, regardless of their own colourful expressions and identities. Participants do not have to identify as LGBTQI+ to join in the fun and excitement. And here's a delightful surprise to brighten your day: the limited-time Early Bird offer is now live.
Participants can secure their spot for just $120 (NZD) for: badminton, basketball 3x3, football 5-a-side, lawn bowls (bowls3five), netball, roller derby, softball, swimming, volleyball 4s, ten-pin bowling, and touch. These vibrant and thrilling sports will be a treat for your competitive spirit, offering a chance to win a coveted medal and make new friends in the process. The full price for these sports is $150, so don't miss out on this fabulous opportunity to save.
Tennis enthusiasts, fear not! There is also a fantastic Early Bird offer for Aotearoa New Zealand’s first GLTA-sanctioned tennis tournament. Register now for only $150 and experience the joy of playing your favourite sport in an atmosphere bursting with camaraderie and excitement. The full price for tennis is $180, so ace your chances of to securing a spot and be part of something truly extraordinary.
