August 5th and 12th
500 students from across Waiariki made their way to Trustpower Arena to compete in the BOP Secondary School Junior & Senior Basketball Championships. Special thanks Tauranga City Basketball for organising these tournaments, the coaches, parents and referees for your contribution, and the participants who showed sportspersonship and demonstrated integrity.
Congratulations to both Tauranga Boys College and Te Kura Kaupapa o te Koutu for taking out the boys and girls Junior Championship.
Congratulations to both Rotorua Boys High School and Rotorua Girls High School for being crowned boys and girls Senior Champions.
