Finding confidence through Green Prescription
Physical activity reduces rates of diseases such as cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and obesity - and improves life expectancy.
Our Green Prescription programme has helped thousands of clients over the years, including single mum Kerrie who found the support she needed to lead an active lifestyle.
