Strategic Impact Advisor (0.6FTE)
Tauranga, Rotorua or Whakatāne
Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through data and storytelling? Sport Bay of Plenty is seeking a Strategic Impact Advisor to help us understand, measure and communicate the impact of our work across the Bay of Plenty region.
In this dynamic part-time role (24 hours per week), you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and implement evaluation frameworks, collect and analyse data, and help build evaluative thinking and capability across the organisation. You’ll also support the development and publication of compelling case studies that showcase our impact.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Strong facilitation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to its principles
- Experience in sport, health or community development sectors (advantageous)
