Whether you're new to your committee or have been volunteering for years, this practical workshop series is designed to help community sports clubs build stronger, more confident committees.

Across five interactive workshops, you'll explore the fundamentals of good governance, strategic and action planning, funding, committee roles, policies, risk management and running effective meetings. There are no lectures or complicated governance jargon—just practical conversations, hands-on activities and real-world tools you can take straight back to your club.

You'll connect with volunteers from other clubs, share ideas and experiences, and leave each session with practical templates, resources and actions to strengthen your committee.

Who should attend? Committee members, club volunteers, presidents, secretaries, treasurers and anyone interested in helping their club thrive.
