PARS Strategy community workshops
Help shape the Bay of Plenty Play, Active Recreation and Sport Strategy
Sport Bay of Plenty is hosting a new series of community workshops with Recreation Sport and Leisure Consultancy (RSL) as part of the development of the Bay of Plenty Play, Active Recreation and Sport Strategy (PARS Strategy).
This next round of workshops is your opportunity to stay informed, connect with others, and contribute to the direction of the region’s future play, active recreation and sport landscape.
What to expect at these workshops
During these sessions we will:
- Share key insights from the first round of community workshops held in December 2025
- Discuss the intended direction of the PARS Strategy based on the themes and feedback gathered
- Update you on the progress of strategy's development and outline the next steps
- These workshops are collaborative, informative, and designed to reflect the unique needs and opportunities across our rohe.
