Flexi-Moves: Yoga for Health

Two small, friendly classes for the over 50’s - a Gentle Yoga Class including modification of poses that uses chairs, blocks and straps to support practice, as required. It suits people with flexibility issues; medical/health limitations; or, someone who is looking for a slower, low-impact class. The General Yoga class suits those who wish to further their yoga practice, offering stages 1,2,3 of difficulty.
