Body Flow Yoga

Bodyflow is a 55min class to music that ebbs and flows with each breath, from one yoga pose to the next. This builds heat, strength, and flexibility, and improves the overall functionality of our bodies. Bodyflow is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. It will change the way you feel. By focusing on breath, this allows you to turn inward and calm a busy mind, and take you on a journey of self discovery. We seal our workout with a relaxing and restoring meditation to music that will leave you feeling centred and calm.
