Having the correct fuel and the ability to recovery quickly and effectively can make all the difference to the result. With our free workshop for athletes, coaches and parents you'll learn what habits young athletes need in order to perform at their best.

Suitable for young teenage athletes, coaches and parents.

  • The role of carbohydrates, protein and fat
  • How to fuel as an athlete – before, during and after training or competition
  • How to use nutrition knowledge and incorporate it into real life
