Having the correct fuel and the ability to recovery quickly and effectively can make all the difference to the result. With our free workshop for athletes, coaches and parents you'll learn what habits young athletes need in order to perform at their best.

Belinda Muller | BA (Psychology), Grad Dip (Sport & Exercise)

Belinda has experience working with athletes from regional to national representative level through one on one consultations and athlete focused workshops. She delivers interactive nutrition based workshops to athletes, coaches and parents of athletes.
