Women's Ride Month
Tuesday, October 2, 2018
October is Women's Ride Month, and this year Rotorua shop Cycle Zone are putting on five great events to celebrate women who ride.
The five events over the month are:

A fun, no-drop ride heading to the Whakarewarewa Forest, with route decided on rider ability. Open to riders of mountain bikes and electric mountian bikes.
The ride will head to The Wattles, opposite Forest Place, Lynmore - via Sulphur Flat, Te Ngae Road to Long Mile Connector Path and Mokopuna Trails - to enjoy Morning Tea with other riding families. Explore the Fairy Grotto, ride the Dual Slalom Course and hang out!
The Beginners' Tech Class covers the basics, from changing a flat tyre to lubing your chain, correctly cleaning your bike to fixing a broken chain and MORE! You might even find yourself a new riding buddy!
OCT 28: Skyline Sunday Session
You'll be able to enjoy the Skyline MTB Park in a safe, friendly and supportive environment! Whether you've ridden there before, or you're a first timer - this is the perfect opportunity to get as many women shredders together to enjoy a morning of riding up on the gondola's and down Skyline's awesome trail network.
RIDE. COFFEE. CAKE. is open to all ladies with a bike, whether it be a commuter, e-bike, mountain bike or other.
If you can ride it on the limestone trails then come join the Cycle Zone crew for a great morning! There's no age limit - no rules, expect you have to wear your helmet! Feel free to bring a girlfriend along.
