In spite of some very cold and windy winter conditions there was some fantastic rugby league played. The Year 5 and 6 boys and girls that took part displayed all of the skills seen at the top level of the sport.

Good sportsmanship was shown throughout the tournament. The final was a hard fought affair with Arataki Whanau from Arataki School winning over Te Matai Pateke from Te Matai School.
