Sport Resilience for Youth workshops

Zane Winslade from Flow Sport is holding a workshop in Whakatāne to help young people develop the mental skills to excel in their sport.
The four week programme is designed as an introduction to sport psychology principles, and is aimed at young people aged 11 plus.
