RATS Duathlon

A total of 577 tamariki representing 22 schools competed at this year's RATS Duathlon 2021 on Tuesday, March 9.

This year's participant numbers may have been down nine from last year's 586, but it was an impressive turnout nonetheless with plenty of fun had by all attending the primary and intermediate school event, held at Rotorua's Mountain Bike Trail at Waipa.

It was a cool start to the morning, with the sun basking the area from mid-morning until the end of the day. It was a fun-filled event with plenty of competition and rivalry between schools, making for exciting times throughout the day and at the finish.

Congratulations to everyone who took part.
