Live Stronger for Longer morning tea
Thursday, July 25, 2019
Ageing is inevitable, but limiting the activities we enjoy should not be. To help you or your loved ones stay active and well in retirement we're hosting a morning tea with guest speakers from a number of health organisations.

Join us and hear from the experts about how to stay active, reduce your risk of a fall and keep yourself safe in and around your home. The session will cover practical information and advice for retirees or those with loved ones aged over 60.
Guest speakers include:
- St John – preventing falls at home
- Medwise – understanding medications
- Keep on Your Feet strength and balance classes
When: Wednesday, 4 September
Time: 10am to 12 noon
Where: Otumoetai Baptist Church, 241 Otumoetai Rd

Even if you’re at low risk for a fall, there are many things you can do now to reduce your risk of falling in the future. Register for the morning tea and find out how.
