Club Development Workshops

Does your club plan for the future? Do you have clear roles for everyone? Does your organisation live hand to mouth? Are you constantly scrambling to find money for everyday operations? Would you like your organisation to have a reliable income? So many questions so who has the answers?!

The Sport Bay of Plenty Sport Team aims to enhance the effectiveness and capability of regional sport in the Bay of Plenty. To achieve this we work alongside Clubs assisting them in the development of systems and structures that will ensure they achieve their goals and are sustainable in the future. Part of this work includes delivering sport development workshops across the region.

The 2013 workshop calendar has been finalised and every sport Club in the Bay of Plenty is invited and encouraged to attend.  The workshops are aimed at club administrators (voluntary and paid) from all sports codes who want to learn more about how they can improve what their club does.

All the workshops listed below cost between $5-$10 per person which is payable with cash or cheque on the night. This cost covers the resources handouts for clubs to keep on the night.

Registrations for these workshops are limited – so get in quick!
