Although there were a couple of light showers during the event the conditions were great for the 2019 BOP ZONE year 7 & 8 Athletics Championships. There were some very close track races and also very competitive field events.

Results were spread across many of the athletes with no one athlete really dominating the day which is a fantastic indication of the talent out there. The day also saw some new records set.

Congratulations to everyone that competed and a special thank you to all the volunteer help that made the day run so well.
