WHAKATANE

 

Heartbeats - Keep on your Feet

Description: Exercise class designed to improve strength and balance for older adults in a fun, social environment. This class largely uses exercises in a standing position with the use of steps and poles for support so more suited to intermediate stage fitness and exercise levels. Please note that you must be able to climb a set of stairs to reach the class. Plenty of free parking available on site.

Description: Gentle beginner exercise class designed to improve strength and balance for older adults in a fun, social environment. This class uses a variety of seated and standing/walking exercises with different equipment to challenge strength and balance and to keep it fun. Plenty of free parking available on site.
