KEY AIMS
- To be the leading district for squash coaching and coach development in New Zealand. To be heavily promoting school squash programme Bay-wide.
- To ensure that each squash club runs and promotes a structured junior programme.
- Continue to upskill current coaches and create opportunties for new coaches to come on board within their clubs and further development into HP coaches.
