• Worked as Regional Officer for BADMINTON England
• Run and supported various programmes and events centred around disability sports
KEY AIMS
• To develop coach knowledge, skills and delivery when including disabled athletes.
• To develop essential relationships and contacts to enable an understanding and ease of access for participants
• To develop and implement programmes, structures and procedures that will enable the development and delivery of key events in the BOP for athletes with disabilities, and to ensure a pathway from grass roots participation to elite.
