Primary School Sport

Western Bay of Plenty

The Primary School Coordinator position in the Western Bay of Plenty is to provide support to primary and intermediate schools in the development of sport and other physical activity options that will encourage children to lead active lives.

We work with primary and intermediate schools to develop sports programmes that will increase levels of participation and to ensure each child has the oportunity to participate in as many sports as possible in an enjoyable and rewarding environment.

A strong focus is to encourage and support inter-school events and tournaments for primary and intermedaite schools.
