BACKGROUND
Throughout New Zealand there are 17 Regional Sports Trusts (RST’s) and collectively they are known as Sportnet. Sportnet is about all of the RST’s being able to network to enhance business development, strengthen national relationships and advocacy of the network. Key areas are also project planning and management, resource support, information sharing and co-ordination of communication.
The Sportnet Board
The Board represents the 17 RSTs, always acting in their best interests. The Board represents the members as a group, not groups of members nor individual members.
